However, it’s also an incredible opportunity to see God move among your congregation, search committee, and church staff in new ways. News Article 1 - Five Common Pastor Search Mistakes to Avoid

I want to thank you for praying for First Baptist Church of Wahiawa.  I know that our goal as a committee is to find the right person to shepherd the flock.   May I suggest that comes along this are (1) the right timing (2) the right process (3) and the right heart.    Part of the "right timing" is learning how to pray.  Let's continue to pray for healing among the hearts of the members of FBC of Wahiawa and that God would do that while we focus on doing what He had called us to do, to make disciples of all nations as we glorify Him in our lives.   The "right process" requires patience and tedious work.  We want to be united in such a away that our disagreements are heard and concerns prayed for.   We want to work together and that no one gets left behind.  In so doing, we will make electronic connections available for all meetings.    Part of transparency is this website, to ensure that trainings and materials are br...
